We prepare for grid-down emergencies, societal unrest, and natural disasters. We store water, secure long-term food, and install backup energy systems. But there’s one area most people overlook—treating parasitic infections when modern healthcare is unavailable.
Whether you’re off-grid, traveling, or preparing for the unexpected, parasites are a real and potentially dangerous health threat. They thrive in compromised environments where sanitation breaks down. And when they strike, you need more than hope—you need the right tools.
That’s why we added the Jase Medical Parasite Kit to our home medical supplies.

Why Parasitic Infections Deserve Serious Attention
- Emergencies disrupt sanitation and increase exposure to contaminated food, water, and soil.
- Parasites can lead to serious complications: digestive damage, nutrient loss, fatigue, organ problems.
- Medical care may not be available, especially during a regional or national crisis.
In a functioning society, you’d call your doctor. In a collapse scenario? You’ll be glad you prepared ahead.
What’s in the Jase Parasite Kit?
- Ivermectin (compounded) – Targets external and internal parasites including lice, scabies, strongyloides, and more. Extensively studied since the 1970s and still widely used today.
- Mebendazole (compounded) – A frontline treatment for roundworms, hookworms, pinworms, and whipworms. Safe, effective, and essential in global deworming programs.
You’ll complete a short telehealth consultation through Jase to ensure it’s safe and appropriate for you. Once approved, the kit ships directly to your door.

Real Medical Studies Back These Medications
This isn’t experimental or fringe—it’s time-tested medicine:
- Ivermectin has been used safely in humans for over 40 years. “Dosages ranging from 200 μg/kg to 400 μg/kg have been used safely for decades in the treatment of parasitic infections.”
– PubMed 37731824 - Mebendazole is well-documented in treating intestinal parasites: “Fecal egg count reductions for Ascaris lumbricoides reach over 95%, with strong results against hookworms and Trichuris as well.”
– PubMed 25299391
Shelf Life: Reality vs. the Label
According to the manufacturer, these meds typically carry a 1–2 year expiration date. But as explained in our post on the Shelf Life of Medications, that expiration date is a legal cutoff, not a hard chemical limit.
Most medications retain 90% or more potency well past their listed expiration date—especially when stored correctly:
- Cool, dark, dry location
- Stable temperature, ideally under 75°F
- Avoid direct light, heat, or humidity

Want to Extend That Even Further? Vacuum Seal Them.
We vacuum seal many of our backup medications to reduce air and moisture exposure. Our guide on Vacuum Sealing Medications explains how this simple process can dramatically increase shelf life and protect your investment in preparedness.
If you plan to store your parasite kit long-term, this extra step is worth the effort.

FAQ
Q: What makes this kit better than just buying over-the-counter dewormers?
A: Most OTC options treat only one or two types of parasites and may not be full strength. The Jase kit uses prescription-grade medications compounded in the USA.
Q: Are these livestock medications?
A: No. These are human-grade, prescribed by a doctor after a consultation, and shipped by a licensed pharmacy. Never rely on animal meds unless you have no alternative and understand the risks.
Q: Are these safe for kids or during pregnancy?
A: These are adult-dose medications. Use in children or during pregnancy should be discussed with a doctor. The Jase consultation can help determine safety for your situation.
Q: How long will they last in storage?
A: Officially 1–2 years. Realistically, stored properly and possibly vacuum-sealed, they could last 5+ years or more, maintaining significant potency.
Q: How do I know when to use it?
A: Use only if you suspect or know a parasite infection is present and you can’t access medical care. Learn to recognize the symptoms: sudden digestive problems, unexplained fatigue, weight loss, or visible worms in stool.
The Jase Parasite Kit isn’t just another item in the medicine cabinet—it’s a strategic tool in a broader plan of medical self-reliance.
You don’t want to be the person who stored food and water but forgot how to deal with a basic yet debilitating problem like parasites.
Having this kit—and knowing how and when to use it—keeps you one step ahead.
Order the Jase Medical Parasite Kit today, vacuum seal it, and store it right. It’s another smart piece in your self-managed insurance plan.

Is this the same as Meb... the same as Fenbendazole?

Fenbendazole is primarily used for animals, while mebendazole is approved and widely used for treating parasitic infections in humans. Both work similarly by starving parasites of glucose, but only mebendazole has extensive "human safety data".
