Can you recommend something like this that you can use with solar panels?

@Rob Benson, Thanks. I have a dual fuel 3800w generator, but in a societal collapse scenario, I'm concerned with 2 things... the ongoing need for gas/propane. and the noise that alerts my track home neighbors that we have power. So I'm looking into solar charged generators that can be selectively connected to particular home circuits (fridge/freezer and maybe 1 other for minor interior power needs).

I would be interested in what you have to share in this area. Your Feb 18 comment suggests you are currently researching this.

Thanks for everything.

Can this be used indoors (with propane) to keep a refrigerator going?

With any gas or propane generator, keep it outside and use an extension cord to what needs to be powered.
