Why are my plant leaves yellow?

Yellowing has several possible causes, including nutrient shortages and soil pH problems. Look at which leaves are affected and where the yellow shows, or test the soil, before feeding anything.

How much lime per 100 square feet?

Lime sweetens soil that is too acidic for the crop. Test the soil pH before adding any, and correct it early in the season because the change works slowly.

Does Epsom salt stop blossom-end rot?

No. Blossom-end rot comes from calcium not reaching the fruit, which traces back to uneven watering, and added magnesium can compete with calcium. Steady watering is the real fix.
