Where is the recipe for rust removal?

Rust removal sits under Tools and Equipment, in the rust prevention and removal group. The vinegar rust soak is in Ch 13 and the citric acid remover is in Ch 11. For prevention, see the petroleum jelly rust coat in Ch 18 or the camphor vapor block in Ch 21.
