Why it's on my list
The kit I keep in my home medical supplies: compounded ivermectin and mebendazole in one capsule, prescribed after a short telehealth consultation and shipped to the door. My parasite kit page covers what is in it, how it is prescribed and how to store it; the parasite defense page puts it alongside the herbal cleanse and bentonite clay.

What it is
Compounded ivermectin 25 mg and mebendazole 250 mg in a single capsule, prescribed by a Jase physician after an online consultation and shipped in a 30, 60, 90 or 180 pill supply. Orders are for you or a dependent on your own verified email. Not available in AL, LA, MS and WA.
What it is
Two antiparasitics compounded into one capsule, prescribed for you, in four supply sizes
This is the kit I keep in my home medical supplies, and my parasite kit page covers what is in it, how it is prescribed and how to store it. Ivermectin treats parasites inside and outside the body (scabies, lice and the intestinal ones among them); mebendazole is a different class, best known for worms. Jase's physician prescribes the two together in a single compounded capsule when a combination fits the infection, after the same online intake as the Jase Case. The parasite defense page puts it alongside the herbal cleanse and bentonite clay as the prescription layer.
The four supply sizes
Priced per bottle on the order page
Why it's included
Thirty capsules covers one person's course; the larger sizes are for a household or for storing a second round. The order is limited to you or a dependent on your own verified email, and Jase does not ship this one to Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi or Washington.

Storing it
What my parasite kit page says to do with it when it arrives
Why it's included
Vacuum seal it and store it cool, dark and dry, the same as the Jase Case; my vacuum-sealing page has the method. Ivermectin on its own, without the mebendazole, is a separate item: compounded 12 mg capsules, or cheaper as an add-on to a Jase Case order.
What's in it
- Keep the capsules sealed and out of heat and light
- Write the arrival date on the bottle
- Read the parasite kit page before the day you need it
