Why it's on my list
My home security page says to add less-lethal pepper spray for when a firearm is not appropriate, and this is the one shaped for the house: a pistol-grip can with a safety pin so it cannot go off in a drawer, 20-plus feet of range, and POM's maximum strength formulation at 1.40 percent major capsaicinoids. Made in the USA.

What it is
POM's largest pepper spray, built for the house: a pistol-grip canister with a safety pin that stops it firing by accident in a drawer, a 20-plus foot range, and POM's maximum strength formulation (1.40 percent major capsaicinoids), HPLC-tested for consistent heat. Made in the USA. The product page takes 10 percent off one can and more off two or three.
